SKS: Notice of record date for Dividend payment
SKS announces the record date for dividend payment as follows:
- Issuer: Song Da Transportation Construction JSC
- Stock code: SKS
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 9/10/2009
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 7/10/2009
(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 9/10/2009)
- Reasons: First dividend payment 2009
+ Exercise rate: 10% (shareholders receive VND 1,000 for every 01 share they own)
+ Exercise date: 29/10/2009
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Song Da Transportation Construction JSC, Plot 117, Mo Lao, Ha Dong, Hanoi on working days since 29/10/2009 . Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of SKS on 8/10, 9/10, 12/10/2009.
