SD7: Board Resolution
Song Da No.7 JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 13/8/2009 as follows:
1. Operating results of the first 6 months 2009:
- Operating result: VND 520.16 bil. (104% of the plan)
- Sales: VND 402.55 bil. (109% of the plan)
- Profit: VND 29.051 bil. (127% of the plan)
- Investment: VND 90.721 including:
+ Equipment: VND 49.46 bil.
+ Affiliated companies: VND 27 bil.
+ Fiancial investment: VND 8.9 bil.
+ Real estate: VND 4.85 bil.
+ Joint venture: VND 0.4 bil.
2. Plan of the last 6 months
- Operating result: VND 669.1 bil.
- Sales: VND 551.6 bil.
- Profit: VND 26.97 bil.
- Investment: VND 162.7 including:
+ Equipment: VND 3.5 bil.
+ Affiliated companies: VND 31 bil.
+ Fiancial investment: VND 28.2 bil.
+ Real estate: VND 100 bil.
3. Solution:
- Improve management skills.
- Rearrange human resources. Improve training and recruitment activities to meet the requirement of production and business of the company.
- Improve working effectiveness of the staff.
- Revise, adjust regulation in accordance with the State document
- Decrease production cost and increase working capacity
- Work with credit institution for loan interest support.
- Revise, co-ordinate the need for machine and equipment. Investment in enhancing execution capacity of Song Da 7.04 JSC.
- Raise capital to Construction Technical consulting JSC, Sap Viet, Nam Thi 1, Nam Thi 2 hydro power JSC.
- Revise, reassess and withdarw capital from projects: PV Inconess; Thach Khe iron, Viet –Lao mine salt, Hai Ha economic zone
- Work with affiliated companies to have neccesary direction and financial arrangement.
- Due to replanning of Hanoi city, Dong Quang urban project has not been carried out.
- Value in progress, account receivables are high in Tuyen Quang hydro power.
4. Plan for progress in major projects:
- Complete construction progress in projects: Son La hydro power, Ho Ho hydro power, Yantansien hydro power, Nam He hydro power, Tien Thanh, Sap Viet.
- Nam Thi hydro power project: Merging Song Da 7.02 and Nam Thi hydro power JSC into Nam Thi – Song Da 7 hydro power JSC. Song Da 7 JSC will be holding shareholder.
- Housing for the staff of National Assembly: starting construction in 12/2009
- Completing procedure of investment corporation with President office to carry out housing for staff and President office project.
- Other projects: Housing for staff of Burn hospital, 103 hospital project, Xuan Phuong – tu Liem – Hanoi, improving apartment at No.55 Huynh Thuc Khang, Dong Quang urban project.
5. Others:
- Supplementing staff to Economic Department
- Moving the head office to Hanoi
- Establishing Investment Department
- Agreeing to move head office of Song Da 7.04 JSC to West Hanoi.
- Updating new policy, laws, adjustment of law and regulation.
- Raising capital to establish Property trading company in Hanoi and Copper mine exploitation company in Cao Bang province.
