RDP: Adjusting the preference price in the first trading date

According to the document no. 346/HDQT/RD on September 14, 2009 and the BOD’s resolution, the company suggested an adjustment of reference price in the first trading date from VND18,000 to VND15,000 based on P/B method with 1.10 average P/B ratio.

On September 15, 2009, HOSE’s Appraisal Board agreed the adjustment (VND15,000 / share).
