PLC announces the record date for take a ballot and seasoned issue bonus shares as follows:
- Issuer: Petrolimex Petrochemical JSC
- Stock code: PLC
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 22/09/2009
- Reasons: * Take a ballot
* Seasoned issue bonus share for standing shareholders
1. Take a ballot
+ Exercise rate: 1 share – 1 vote
+ Expected exercise date: from 01/10/2009 to 13/10/2009
+ Place : Petrolimex Petrochemical JSC
2. seasoned issue bonus:
+ Exercise rate: 100 : 25 (shareholders receive 25 bonus shares for every 100 shares they own). The odd shares will be repurchase by company with VND 10,000/share.
+ Place:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
- For undeposited shares: Petrolimex Petrochemical JSC
Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required</SPAN>. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of PLC on 21/9; 22/9 and 23/09/2009.
