Petrovietnam Securities JSC: Change in ownership of 10 or more percent of charter capital

As approved by the SSC, Petrovietnam Securities joint stock company announces the change in ownership of ten or more percent of charter capital, in which:

- Transferer:

+ Vietnam Oil and Gas Group: 19,125,000 shares, equaling VND 191,250,000,000 by par value (66.58% charter capital)

- Transferee:

+ Petrovietnam Insurance Corporation (PVI): 19,125,000 shares, equaling VND 191,250,000,000 by par value (66.58% charter capital). PVI now holds 22,875,000 shares (79.63% charter capital).
