PAC: Estimated business results & a resolution on dividend payment
Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company (PAC: PINACO) announced the business result in the first nine months of 2009 and a resolution of the Board of Directors on paying dividend as follows:
1. Estimated business result in the first nine months:
- Turnover in the first eights months: VND825 billion
- Expected turnover in September: VND135 billion.
- Expected turnover in the first nine months of 2009: VND960 billion (completing 80% of the whole year plan)
- Expected turnover in the first nine months of 2009: VND160 billion (completing 168% of the whole year plan)
2. Resolution of the Board of Directors on paying dividend for the second time of 2009:
- Pay-out ratio: 7% (VND700/share)
- Payment method: In cash
- Payment time: In Quarter 4/2009
