KSH: Resolution of the BOD

The Ha Nam Mineral Joint Stock Company has informed of the resolution of the BOD as follows:

* Article 1: Passing resignation of Mr. Doan Khac Quang from the positions of BOD member and Deputy Director General from 1st September 2009.

* Article 2: Appointing Mr. Dang Van Lanh – Director of the HAMICO brick factory to BOD member instead of Mr. Doan Khac Quang from 1st September 2009.
