ICG: Board Resolution

Song Hong construction JSC (INCOMEX) announces the Board Resolution approved on 28/08/2009 as follows:

1. Increase Charter Capital to finance some big projects

2. Approve the plan to increase Charter Capital of INCOMEX Construction JSC and transfer a part or all of equity capital of INCOMEX in this company.

3. Pay the loans borrowed by INCOMEX 18 at Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint- stock Bank – Techcombank.

4. Approve the resignation from Supervisory Board of Petrovietnam insurance Corporation (PVI) and election of member of Supervisory Board will be carried out in near future.
