DIG: Adjustment of capital contribution ratio
Development Investment Joint Stock Corporation (DIG: DIC Corp.) has announced an adjustment of capital contribution ratio with Tin Nghia Corporation (*) to set up a concrete company at Nhon Trach – Dong Nai which was approved in the BOD’s meeting on September 11, 2009 as follows:
1. Adjusting the ratio of contributing capital to set up the concrete company at Nhon Trach – Dong Nai with 25% of VND35 billion of charter capital equivalent to 875,000 shares – VND8.75 billion.
2. Appointing representatives to the BOD and the Supervisory Board of the concrete company at Nhon Trach – Dong Nai:
Mr. Le Van Tang (Manager of Human Resource Dept. of DIC Corp.) managed VND5.25 billion of DIC Corp. (15% of charter capital) was appointed to the BOD.
Mr. Truong Cong Hoa (Expert of Project & Planning Dept. of DIC Corp.) managed VND3.5 billion of DIC Corp. (10% of charter capital) was appointed to the BOD.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hoanh (a Member of the Supervisory Board of DIC Corp.) was appointed to the Supervisory Board.
3. The decision is valid on September 16, 2009.
