CAN: Notice of record date for Dividend payment

CAN announces the record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Halong Canned Food Joint Stock Corporation

- Stock code: CAN

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 18/9/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 16/9/2009

- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2009

+ Exercise rate: 6% (Shareholders receive VND 600 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 20/10/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Halong Canned Food Joint Stock Corporation .

Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of CAN on 17/9; 18/9 and 21/9/2009.
