Ca Mau Province ends 13 delayed projects
Vietnam’s southernmost province of Ca Mau has revoked the licenses of 13 delayed infrastructure and housing projects, Vietnam News Agency reported Friday.
The provincial authorities have allocated a total of more than 500 hectares to the investors, but construction on the projects has yet to begin.
Some of the 13 terminated projects were licensed five years ago, including the Song Doc New Urban Area and Belt Highway No. 2 project, the report said.
The province has so far licensed more than 30 residential projects as part of a plan to develop the town of Ca Mau into a modern city.
