VTL: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2008
Thang Long JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 10/4/2009. Participants were 244 representing 1,280,870 shares (accounting for 71.6% of total voting rights).The following resolutions were approved:
1. Operating results of 2008:
- Revenue: VND 81,920,797,568
- Profit before tax: VND 4,434,949,943
- Profit after tax: VND 3,514,578,014
2. Plan 2009:
- Production: VND 70,700,120,000
- Revenue: VND 75,076,230,000
- Profit before tax: VND 6,500,000,000
- Payables to the State: VND 7,019,390,000
- Dividend payout ratio: 15% of charter capital
- Investment: VND 9,790,000,000
- Average income: VND 3,100,000 /person/month
3. Profit distribution:
- Profit for distribution: VNd 3,464,797,568
- Financial reserve (5%) : VND 173,243,901
- Investment and development fund (21%): VND 727,624,387
- Welfare and reward fund (17%): VND 589,029,266
- Other funds: (2%): VND 69,297,560
- Dividend payment: VND 1,905,682,922

7. Selecting Nam Viet Auditing & Accounting Financial Consulting Co., Ltd. as the auditor of 2009.
8. Investment in 2009:
Invest in main projects including 45 Lac Long Quan – Cau Giay – Hanoi Project, 181 Lac Long Quan – Cau Giay – Hanoi Project, Rebuilding Plastics production enterprise at Hapro Industrial Complex.

10. Change in the name of the Company
Thang Long JSC will be changed into Thang Long Wine JSC .
