* Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

* Payment date:      25 September 2009

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Vietnam Sun Corporation (306 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 22, Binh Thanh Dist., Hochiminh City, Vietnam) from 25 September 2009 to 10 October 2009.
