VDL announces the record date for dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Lamdong Foodstuffs Joint Stock Co

- Stock code: VDL

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 09/09/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 07/09/2009

- Reason: First Dividend payment 2009 in cash

+ Exercise rate: 10% (shareholders receive VND 1,000 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 09/10/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Accounting Division, Lamdong Foodstuffs Joint Stock Co, 272 Phan Dinh Phung, Ward 2, Da Lat City on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of VDL on 08/9, 09/9 và 10/9/2009.
