TPP: Notice of record date for dividend and share issue
TPP announces the record date for dividend and share issue as follows:

+ For T+3 transactions: 3/9/2009
- Reasons: First dividend payment 2009 in cash and share issue for outstanding shareholders
1. First dividend payment 2009 in cash
+ Exercise rate: 8% (shareholders receive VND 800 for every 01 share they own).
2. Share issue for outstanding shareholders
- Volume to be issued: 500,000 shares
- Purpose for fund raising: supplementing to the owner’s capital; investment in equipment and building workshop at Duc Hoa – Long An and transfer of land leasing right of 14,000m2 land and whorkshop in the North.
- Exercise rate: 4:1 (shareholders are entitled to buy 1 new share for every 4 share they own). Number of share purchase rights will be rounded down to unit digit. Odd lot shares and undistributed shares will be added to volume of shares to be placed with other shareholders at the price no less than the price issued to outstandingshareholders.
- Issuing price: to be defined on the market price, however no less than 50% of average price of 5 consecutive trading sessions before ex date and no less than par value.
- Time for transfer of share purchase rights: From 22/9/2009 to 12/10/2009
- Time for registration and payment: From 22/9/2009 to 15/10/2009
- Place:
+ For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
+ For undeposited shares: Tan Phu Plastic JSC on working days, 314 Luy Ban Bich, Hoa Thanh ward, Tan Phu distr., Ho Chi Minh city since 30/9/2009. Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
