Reason:
- COGS in Q2/09 increased 92.42% compared to that in Q1/09 because the company upgraded all machines and equipments that led to increase of cost of each product.
- Loss of difference of current rate increased 260.32% compared to that in Q2/09 because the company paid debt in foreign currency costing about USD4 million rather than payment in Q1/09.
