PET: Resolution of the shareholders’ meeting

Petrovietnam General Services Js Corporation (PET: PETROSETCO) has informed of resolution of the shareholders’ meeting under a ballot as follows:

Article 1: Passing dismissal of Mr. Ho Sy Long from the position of BOD member.

Mr. Ho Sy Long is no longer the capital representative of the PetroVietnam in PETROSETCO.

Article 2: Passing supplementing business activities such as: Trade of plastic materials, general plastic, manufacture and trade of packing.
