Over 200 businesses to attend trade and investment forum

More than 200 domestic and overseas Vietnamese businesses will participate in a trade and investment forum slated for August 10 in Hanoi, according to the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

As part of the first Overseas Vietnamese Business Congress, the forum, to be co-organised by the VCCI and the Business Association of Overseas Vietnamese (BAOOV), will offer a chance to Vietnamese businesses inside and outside the country to exchange experience and promote trade and investment.

The participants will also be introduced to investment and cooperation opportunities in Vietnam.

On the occasion, the VCCI and BAOOV will sign a cooperative agreement on the 2009-2015 business support programme.
