MCO: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009

MCO Vietnam JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 27/07/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of the Board of Directors 2008 and plan in 2009

2. Report of Opearting result of 2008 and plan in 2009

* 2008

- Revenue: VND 171,330,434,039

- Profit before tax: VND 3,839,629,358

- Income tax payable: VND 607,210,887

- Profit after tax: VND 3,291,929,385

* 2009

- Revenue: VND 181,000,000,000

- Profit after tax: VND 7,000,000,000

- Set up funds: VND 880,000,000

- Dividend payment: VND 4,924,714,800 ( 12% of Charter Capital)

3. Audited Financial statement 2008

4. Dividend payment 2008 in cash with 10% of rate for shareholders on the list recorded on 09/7/2009

5. Report of Supervisory Board 2008 and plan in 2009

6. Contributing Capital to establish MCK Investment and Construction JSC with holding of 41%  of Charter Capital

7. Seasoned issue to increased Charter Capital of company, time and value of the issue will be decided by the Board of Directors.
