L18: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
Investment and Construction JSC No.18 has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 21/08/2009. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Opearting result of 2008
· Charter Capital: VND 35 billion
· Owners' Equity: VND 70.51 billion
· Total Asset: VND 405.18 billion
· Operating result :
- Production: VND 600 billion
- Revenue: VND 592 billion
- Payable to the state: VND 19.499 billion
- Basic depreciation: VND 10.623 billion
- Profit before tax: VND 15.538 billion
- Profit after tax: VND 10.648 billion
* Profit in 2008:
- Setting up funds: VND 4,869,000,000
- Dividend payment 16%/year/shares: VND 5,600,000,000
* Investment: VND 45.715 billion
2. Plan in 2009
- Production: VND 625 billion
- Revenue: VND 600 billion
- Basic depreciation: VND 18.435 billion
- Profit: VND 17.038 billion
- Payable to the state: VND 22.583 billion
- Dividend payment: 16%
- Investment: VND 42.5 billion
Where: in fixed assets: VND 40 billion
In equipment: VND2.5 bilion
3. Report of Supervisory Board 2008
4. Selecting auditor: Vietnam Auditing Partnership Company
5. Chair of the Board will also hold General Manager post
6. Remuneration for Supervisory Board:
- Chief of Supervisory Board: VND 3,000,000 / month
- Professional member of Supervisory Board: VND 3,000,000
- Other : VND 2,000,000
7. All shareholders on the latest recorded list before the AGM 2010 have right to join the Annual General Meeting of shareholders 2010.
