KMR: Explanation for business result in Q2/09

Mirae Joint Stock Company (KMR: MIRAE., JSC) has explained business result in Q2/09 as follows:

- Revenue of sale and services: VND39,385,209,326, increasing 94.69% compared to that in Q1/09.

- After-tax profit: VND6,204,544,635, increasing 391.21% compared to that in Q1/09.

Reason:

Due to business nature of the company, there are usually no orders for key products such as padding and quilting in Q1 and the time of Q2 starts production season. Therefore, revenue and profit in Q2/09 was rapidly higher than that in Q1/09.
