DAE announces the notice of record date for dividend payment as follows:

- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 07/9/2009
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 03/9/2009
(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 03/09/2009)
- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2009
+ Exercise rate: 7% (Shareholders receive VND 700 for every share they own)

+ Place of payment:

Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of DAE on 04/9; 07/9 and 08/09/2009.
