Materials - Petroleum Joint Stock Company  has the intention to buy back its own shares:

* Treasury shares before trading: 337,025 shares

* Volume registered to buy back: 112,690 shares

* Treasury shares after trading: 449,715 shares

* Financial resource: Development fund and surplus capital until June 30th 2009.

* Trading method: Order-matching

* Price determination: According to the regulations on stock trading of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

* Trading period: From 01/09/2009 to 28/11/2009

* Purpose: To increase the number of treasury shares
