* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on 24 August 2009 and 25 August 2009, sellers will not receive the right.)

* Dividend pay-out ratio:  10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

* Payment date:  11 September 2009

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (164 Ky Con, Dist.1, HCMC, Vietnam).

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for CII on 25, 26 & 27 August 2009.
