BST: Notice of record date for Dividend payment

BST announces the notice of record date for dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Binh Thuan Book and Equipment JSC

- Stock code: BST

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 21/8/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 19/8/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 19/08/2009)

- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2009

+ Exercise rate: 6% (Shareholders receive VND 600 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 15/09/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Binh Thuan Book and Equipment JSC, 70 Nguyen Van Troi, Duc Thang, Phan Thiet city on working days from 15/9/2009.

Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of BST on 20/8; 21/8 and 24/08/2009.
