ALT announces the record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: ALTA COMPANY

- Stock code: ALT

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 27/8/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 25/8/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 25/08/2009)

- Reasons: Third Dividend payment 2008

+ Exercise rate: 4% (shareholders receive VND 400 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 24/09/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: ALTA COMPANY from 24/9/2009.

Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of ALT on 26/8; 27/8 and 28/08/2009.
