* Total revenue                             : VND 189,778 million

* Total costs                                : VND 129,426 million

* Total profit before tax                  : VND 60,352 million

* Corporate tax                             : VND 10,562 million

* Profit after tax                            : VND 49,790 million

* Ratio of Profit after tax to Charter capital: 7.11%

Business plan for the third quarter of 2009:

* Electrical output                         : VND 254,000,000 kwh

* Total revenue                             : VND 121,418 million

* Total costs                                : VND 64,540 million

* Total profit before tax                  : VND 56,878 million

* Corporate tax                             : VND 9,954 million

* Profit after tax                            : VND 46,924 million

* Ratio of Profit after tax to Charter capital: 6.70%
