SJS: Bond issuance
Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (SUDICO) has informed of successfully issuing corporate bonds with value of VND500 billion under private placement in order to increase capital to investment as follows:
* Issuer: Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company
* Bond name: Bond of SUDICO in 2009
* Bond type: Bond is not converted into share and not asset-backed bond
* Issuing method: bond is issued under private placement
* Bond form: book entry
* Par value: VND1,000,000/bond
* Issuing volume: 500,000 bonds
* Total value: VND500,000,000,000
* Bond maturity: 3 years
* Bond interest: fixed rate of 12.5%/year in the first year; floating rate under the deposit rate for the 12 month term of 4 banks as Agribank, Vietcombank, BIDV and ICB in the next two years, plus fee of 4%/year.
* Method of paying interest and principal
- Bond interest is paid once annually on the issuing date and started after 1 year from the date of issuing bond.
- Principal is paid at par value once only on the maturity date.
- In case payment dates of interest and principal are not working days, it would be moved to the next working days.
* Offering price of bonds: 100% of par value
* Issuing date: 8th July 2009
* Maturity date: 8th July 2012
* Issuing object: private placement to potential investors as institutions, individuals
* Purpose: mobilize capital to invest to the project of the Nam An Khanh new urban area.

Issuance-related documents had been sent to about 100 potential investors. On the issuing date, SUDICO has sold bonds to less than 100 investors.
