SGT: Resolution of shareholders’ annual general meeting for 2008

The Shareholders’ AGM of SAIGONTEL for 2008 was held at their headquarters (Saigon ICT Building, Lot 46 Quang Trung Software Park, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, Hochiminh city) on April 24th, 2009. Total shareholders presented: 75, possessing and representing for 50,664,865 voting shares, equivalent to 86.6 % of total voting shares. AGM approved the following issues:
