L10: Personnel Change

LILAMA 10 Joint Stock Company announces personnel change as follows:

* Mr. Tran Dinh Dai, BOD Chairman cum Director-General, will not hold the position of the Director-General of LILAMA 10 in order to hold new position in Vietnam Machinery Erection Corporation (LILAMA) as from 22 July 2009.

* Mr. Nguyen Duc Tuan, LILAMA 10’s Deputy Director-General cum BOD member, has appointed as the Acting Director-General of LILAMA 10 as from 22 July 2009.

* Mr. Vu Duy Them, Director-General Assistant, has appointed as the Deputy Director-General of LILAMA 10 as from 22 July 2009.

* Mr. Do Van Thuong, Director-General Assistant, has appointed as the Deputy Director-General of LILAMA 10 as from 22 July 2009.
