IFS: Transference of capital interest

Interfood Shareholding Company (IFS: INTERFOOD) has informed of conditional transference of 70% of capital interest of the Interfood Packaging Co. Ltd – a member company of INTERFOOD to the Crown Packaging Investment Pte. Ltd. – a branch of the Crown Holdings, Inc. (USA) as follows:

On 19/06/2009, the Management Board of industrial zones in Dong Nai Province granted the adjusting investment certificate:

* Confirming transference of 70% of capital interest of the INTERFOOD in the Interfood Packaging Co. Ltd to the Crown Packaging Investment Pte. Ltd.

* Confirming the remaining capital interest of INTERFOOD in the Interfood Packaging Co. Ltd as 20%

* Changing the name of the Interfood Packaging Co. Ltd. to the Crown Dong Nai Beverage Packaging Co. Ltd. (abbreviation: Crown Dong Nai)

INTERFOOD completed to transfer 70% of capital interest in Crown Dong Nai to the Crown Packaging Investment Pte. Ltd. on 25/06/2009.

The internal loan will be provided to Crown Dong Nai by the branch so that Crown Dong Nai can pay internal debt to Interfood group.
