HDC: Sponsorship for the Go Sao project

Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HDC: HODECO) has informed of sponsoring the Go Sao project in Dist.12, HCMC as follows:

On 26th June 2009, Vietcombank – Vung Tau branch, Vietinbank – Vung Tau branch and HODECO has officially signed the agreement of supporting capital to build the apartment block in Dist.12, HCMC.

* Total sponsoring fund: VND500 billion

* Implementation period: 2009

The Go Sao project is cooperated between HODECO and the Department of Police. HODECO is responsible for building and completing the project. Apartments will be sold to soldiers of the Department of Police at the cost price. The remaining apartment is sold at the selling price.

Area of the project is 5.1 hectares. Total investment cost is more than VND1,500 billion with over 2.000 apartments
