VIC: Announcement of Additional Issuance
Vincom Joint Stock Company (VIC: VINCOM) announces the record date for issuing new shares as follows:
- Stock symbol : VIC
- Stock type : Common stock
- Par value : VND10,000
- Ex-right date : 02 July 2009
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on 2 & 3 July 2009, sellers will not receive pre-emption rights.)
- Record date : 06 July 2009
- Purpose: To offer shares to existing shareholders.
+ Total offer volume: 80,016,844 shares
+ Exercise ratio: 100 : 73
+ Apportion ratio: 1:1 (1 share is equivalent to 1 pre-emption right)
+ A shareholder who owns every 100 rights can buy 73 new shares. The newly-issued volume will be rounded down. The fractional parts (if any) will be offerred to other objects at the price not less than the one offered to the existing shareholder.
+ Issue price: VND10,000/share
- Transference principle: Pre-emption rights are transferred only once at the price agreed by 2 partners and not done again to the third one.
- New shares are transferable.
- Time to transfer pre-emption rights: From 17 July 2009 to 12 August 2009
- Time to register and deposit to purchase shares: From 17 July 2009 to 14 August 2009
- Expected trading date: 28 September 2009
- Place to receive buying orders’ registration:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at VINCOM – 11th Floor, Tower B, Vincom City Towers, 191 Ba Trieu St., Le Dai Hanh Ward, Hai Ba Trung Dist., Ha Noi City.
