VC1: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
Construction JSC No 1 has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Operating result of 2008
- Operating result: VND 511.962 bil
- Revenue: VND 408.851 bil.
- Profit before tax: VND 24.316 bil.
- Profit after tax: VND 18.12 bil.
2. Plan in 2009
- Operating result: VND 540 bil
- Revenue: VND 425 bil.
- Profit before tax: VND 24.5 bil.
- Profit after tax: VND 18.375
- Dividend payout ratio: 15%
- Number of staff: 3,600 people

4. Audited financial statement 2008 and profit distribution plan:
- Profit after tax: VND 18.12 bil.
- Reduced tax used to supplement the Investment and Development Fund: VND 3.11 bil.

- Investment in office building of VINACONEX 1 D9A stage 2 at Khuat Duy Tien, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi in 2009.
- Reconstruction of TERRAZZO tile plant in Phung IZ. Expanding business lines and exploiting the land fund of the project.
- Changing the use purpose of the land in Ha Khanh, Quang Ninh.
- Investment in equipment.
