TRA: Result of share buy-back

Traphaco Joint Stock Company (TRA) reports the result of buying back shares as follows:

* Treasury shares before trading: 0 shares

* Volume registered to buy back: 42,000 shares

* Bought volume: 32,480 shares

* Treasury shares after trading: 32,480 shares

* Trading period: From May 11, 2009 to June 12, 2009

Reason: The total of buy-back value approved by the Annual General Meeting is completed. Therefore, the company will not continue purchasing the remains of 42,000 shares.
