TDH: Information on contract of joint venture

Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation has informed of the contract of joint venture with Daewon Co., Ltd. as follows:

Two parties of the contract as Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (Vietnam) and Daewon Co., Ltd (Korea) have agreed to set up the following company:

* Company name: Thuduc – Daewon Housing Development Co., Ltd.

* Head office: An Phu Ward, Dist.2, HCMC.

* Operation objectives: investing and building a multi-storey apartment block combining with trading services in Hiep Phu Ward, Dist.9, HCMC. Its total area is 11,582 m2.

* Time of operation: 50 years

* Chartered capital: USD10 million

- Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation: USD5,100,000 (51%)

- Daewon Co., Ltd.: USD4,900,000 (49%)
