STB: Release restriction of share transference

Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SACOMBANK) has informed of releasing restriction of transferring shares of members of BOD, Managing Board and Supervisory Board as follows:

According to the current regulation of the Decree 14/2007/ND-CP dated 19/01/2007,   SACOMBANK has suggested to release transference restriction of 1,720,625 STB shares of Mr. Tran Van Ngoc. Thus, the number of shares will be transferred from restricted shares to free-floating shares.
