SD5 announces the notice of dividend payment for undeposited shares as follows:

- Issuer: Song Da No. 5 JSC

- Place  : Song Da No. 5 JSC, Muong La, Son La

- Exercise date: from 09/6/2009 to 30/6/2009

- Method:

+ Direct in cash: Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

+ Bank transfer: shareholders follow the form of company and send it with a copy of Identification Card enclosed to Song Da No. 5 JSC.
