Sai Son Cement JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 22/04/2009 as follows:

Approving the pooling plan to establish Sai Son Cement II JSC with the following details:

-          Charter capital of Sai Son Cement II JSC: VND 50 billion

-          Pool members:

+ Sai Son Cement JSC: VND 20 billion (40% of charter capital)

+ Thinh Cuong JSC: VND 5 bilion (10% of charter capital)

+ Ba Vi Construction and Trade JSC: VND 5 bilion (10% of charter capital)

+ Kim Giang Investment and Trade JSC: VND 5 bilion (10% of charter capital)

+ Other members: VND 15 billion (30% of charter capital)

-          Duties of Sai Son Cement II JSC: continue the cement grinding phase with the productivity of 500,000 tons/year of the Nam Son Cement project of Sai Son Cement JSC at Nam Son Tien Commune, Chuong My District, Hanoi.
