HEV: Board Resolution

Higher Educational and Vocational Book JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 22/06/2009 as follows:

1. Adjustment in Revenue Target in 2009 from VND 38 billion to VND 34 billion

2. Other targets are kept as approved in the General Mandate 2009

3. Plan to set up a branch in Hochiminh City

4. Pay threshold of long-term employees for salary increase

5. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, union president, has been appointed  Member of Supervisory Board in place of Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hien with effect since 01/7/2009
