Dung Quat Refinery gasoline products set for market debut

Dung Quat, the country’s first oil refinery, expects its A92 and A95 gasoline products to hit the market next week.

Based in the central province of Quang Ngai, the plant produces four products – blending components for diesel and fuel oil, A90 and A91 gasolines, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) said Binh Son Oil Refining-Petrochemical Co., a PetroVietnam unit in charge of managing the refinery.

A90 and A91 will be mixed with reformate gasoline to produce A92 and A95, the company said.

It also said the Dung Quat plant would run at full capacity, with all of its 14 units coming into operation, on August 25.
