Disbursement of the IRSP to June 18, 2009

According to the express reports of credit institutions, the disbursement amount of the interest rate subsidy program (IRSP) of the whole banking industry by June 18, 2009 reached around VND 347,282.37billion, increased by VND 8,851.2 billion in comparison with the previous week (equivalent to 2.61%).

The details of disbursement amount classified by the groups of credit institutions and the borrowers as follows:

1. The disbursement classified by groups of credit institutions: The group of state-owned commercial banks and the Central People’s Credit Fund have disbursed VND 248,738 billion, increased by VND 5,206.93 billion in comparison with the previous week (equivalent to 2.13%); the group of joint-stock commercial banks, the group of joint-venture banks, foreign banks branches and wholly-owned foreign banks, and the group of financial companies have allocated about VND 79,206.38 billion (an increase by VND 3,305.07 billion, equivalent to 4.35%), VND 16,791.59 billion (an increase by VND 504.72 billion, equivalent to 3.09%), and VND 2,546.41 billion (an decrease by VND 165.51 billion, equivalent to 6.10%) for this program, respectively.

2. The disbursement classified by borrowers is as follows: the group of state-owned enterprises got VND 53,724.58 billion, increased by VND 1,369.28 billion in comparison with the previous week (equivalent to 2.61%); non-state owned enterprises (including liability limited companies, joint-stock companies, private enterprises, foreign invested companies…) received VND 230,421.85 billion (an increase by VND 5,872.77 billion, equivalent to 2.61%); co-operatives borrowed VND 2,604.62 billion (an increase by VND 66.39 billion, equivalent to 2.61%); households and individuals got VND 59,420.01 billion (an increase by VND 1,514.44 billion, equivalent to 2.61%) and others received VND 1,111.3 billion (an increase by VND 28.32 billion, equivalent to 2.61%) from the program.
