TV4 announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Power Engineering Consulting JSC No.4

- Stock code: TV4

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 22/5/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 20/5/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 20, 21/5/2009)

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2008 by share

+ Exercise rate: 20% (shareholders receive 20 new shares for every 100 shares they own). Odd lot shares will be rounded down to unit digit and will be repurchased by the company for treasury stock at VND 10,000/share.
