TRA: The record date for collecting shareholders’ votes

Traphaco Joint Stock Company (TRA: Traphaco) announced the record date for collecting shareholders’ opinions as follows:

* Ex-right date: June 02, 2009

* Record date: June 04, 2009

* Purpose: To collect shareholders’ votes on the following issues:

+ Adjusting the payment method for the 2009 dividend, which was passed by the 2009 Annual General Meeting. 

+ The plan of issuing bonus and dividend shares for the year 2009, with ratio of 2:1.

* Time for the ballot: in the second quarter of 2009

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will suspend the depository activities for TRA on June 03, 04 & 05, 2009.
