TCT: Adjusting dividend pay-out ratio

Tay Ninh Cable Car Tour Company (TCT: CATOUR) has informed of adjusting dividend pay-out ratio as follows:

The company has adjusted dividend pay-out ratio for the second time of 2008 as 40% (VND4,000/share) instead of 55% (Under the announcement No. 265/TB-SGDHCM dated 29/04/2009).

Reason: According to the resolution of the 2009 annual shareholders’ meeting dated 21/04/2009, ratio of dividend payment for 2008 is 55%. The company paid 15% for the first time. However, due to mistake of drafting the document, the company had recorded the second dividend payment as 55%. Therefore, it has adjusted dividend pay-out ratio for the second time of 2008 as 40% (VND4,000/share).
