SD6: Dividend payment 2008 for undeposited shares

SD6 announces the dividend payment 2008 for undeposited shares as follows

- Time: Since 20/5/2009

- Place of payment:

Finance – Accounting Department of Song Da 6 JSC, 30 Ba Trieu, Nguyen Trai, Ha Dong, Ha Tay on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

- Shareholders may ask the company to transfer the dividend 2008 to the accounts or the required address by sending a document signed and sealed by the head of the office (for institution shareholders) and  letter of request (for individual shareholders) confirmed by the authority in the living place.
