PJC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
Petrolimex Hanoi Transportation and Trading JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 27/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Opearting result of 2008 and plan in 2009
- Revenue: VND 446.564 billion
- Profit before tax: VND 6.074 billion
- Profit after tax: VND 5.778 billion
- Revenue: VND 367.85 billion
- Profit before tax: VND 5.48 billion
- Dividend payment rate: 13%
- Invest in 10 new cars; 02 filling station, reparing car company.
2. Report of Supervisory Board 2008
3. Profit distribution plan 2008:
- Profit after tax: VND 5,778,367,332
- Profit distribution plan:
+ Setting up Investment and development fund: VND 1,926,030,599
+ Setting up Financial reserve fund 2008: VND 577,836,733
+ Dividend payment: VND 2,034,500,000
+ Setting up reward fund: VND 570,000,000
+ Setting up welfare fund: VND 570,000,000
- Bonus for the Management board: VND 100,000,000
4. Selectting auditor: select one of 3 auditors on the list which was showed by Supervisory Board
