MHC: Change time of holding the annual meeting

Hanoi Maritime Holding Company (MHC: MARINA HANOI) has informed of delaying time of holding the annual shareholders’ meeting as follows:

* Record date: 28/04/2009

* Expected meeting time: May 2009.

* However, the company cannot hold the meeting in May due to personnel problem. It has decided to delay the meeting time till June 2009. The specific time will be informed later.
