L62 announces the notice of record date for dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Lilama 69.2  JSC

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 01/6/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 28/5/2009

- Reasons: Second Dividend payment 2008 in cash

+ Exercise rate: 9% (shareholders receive VND 900 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 29/06/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Lilama 69.2  JSC on working days from 29/6/2009.

Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
