Kinh Bac City Development Share Holding Corporation has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 25/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of Opearting result of 2008 and plan in 2009

2. Report of the Board of Directors

3. Report of Supervisory Board

4. Audited Consolidated financial statement 2008 and audited financial statement 2008

5. Profit distribution plan 2008

- Dividend payment 2008:

+ Excersice rate: 20%

+ Method: by shares

+ Total dividend payment: VND 260,165,320,000

- The rest will be transferred to Retained Earnings or funds
